Walking to work can save you £££ and lbs!

We are incredibly ‘into’ our fit technology and gym memberships, but how can we harness ‘free’ exercise opportunities – like walking to work – and reduce your carbon footprint to boot (so to speak!)?

April 7 is walk to work day and National Walking Month is back this May. The organisation Living on the Streets is asking you to #Try20 – that’s walk for 20 minutes everyday throughout the month of May.

We asked Becky Mee, HR Manager, to tell us more about walking to work and how to engage with social media using #Try20 and pop @HR180_Ltd on there too!
