Laura joined straight from uni in 2011

Now she is well and truly part of the HR180 furniture 🛋️!   As HR Partner, Laura is a strong HR generalist having been exposed to many wild 🐆 and wonderful cases!  This has cemented her knowledge of employment law which enables her to give practical, balanced and impartial support.

She has developed some badass HR powers

Laura has worked in diverse industries including distribution, hospitality, property, charity, retail, care and more!  She has worked with clients to devise operating models, support change programmes, manage TUPE transfers and run multi-faceted, complex disciplinaries at Director level 👩🏼‍⚖️. She is also responsible for ensuring that each client’s HR team manages all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including disciplinaries, grievances, consultations, performance and development, process implementation and payroll.

OCD-assisted perfectionism

She supports several larger organisations, but she also heads up our mini business team whose clients have very specific needs in relation to high growth 📈 and developing strong foundations 🧱.  Laura continually strives for perfection, driven principally by her OCD!

A self-confessed perfectionist, Laura has a passion for excellence and makes a miracle-level spreadsheet. When not donning her HR superhero cape, Laura is a busy mum to her two beautiful and strong-willed girls.
