Miranda was originally in the world of recruitment

But she joined HR180 as Office Co-ordinator 🫴🏼 back in 2019, and she quickly realised that HR was where she saw her future 🔮. So we quickly welcomed her to the world of operational HR shenanigans and we are so glad that we did!

She has gained some serious HR Megaskills

Like how to run investigations, engage employees, implement policies and boss payroll. And what’s more, she always sets herself the highest of standards 🥇!  

For over 18 months she supported one of our largest clients

And the client has 5 sites in the UK including a distribution hub 📦. She gained experience across the entire employee lifecycle alongside supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.  Miranda has amazing attention to detail and is willing to go above and beyond for both clients and colleagues.

Beyond all of her HR superheroism

She is a busy super Mum of two and enjoys getting out for a run 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️ when she can. She is a loud (apparently she shouts a lot), enthusiastic watcher of most sport including women’s football and Formula 1 🏁!
