Our mission is to be an exemplar for how a workplace can feel and act. Which means we hold ourselves to the same standard we set for our clients. We're values-driven, caring and supportive, and we're always campaigning for people to be treated fairly and individually rather than pigeonholed.
We're also capable of doing all that at 100 miles an hour, with very little preparation, whilst balancing at least eight other plates.
Because we look after a portfolio of clients, no two days look the same. Whatever the job title, the variety is the constant. You'll move between clients, priorities and challenges, often in a single morning. You'll see more variety here in six months than most people see in three years in-house.
That means you'll learn fast, and you won't do it alone. Our Advisors and Partners are genuinely generous with their time, and we'd always rather you asked than guessed.
We trust people, too. Once you know your clients and how we work, you'll take ownership of your own workload and use your judgement. No hovering.

Our workspace is a home away from home so, despite the pressure of the job (or just generally being grumpy), you can feel stress drain away as you walk through the door.
We’re surrounded by beautiful countryside and yet only a 10-minute walk to Wetherby, although having a car is fairly essential!
We look forward to regular visits from our office dogs!

We have regular team nights, such as movie nights, takeaways, quiz nights, pot painting and making our own pizza.
We also have a delicious cooked breakfast together every month and try to raise £2,000 per year for charity.
