Ellis joined the HR180 madhouse in 2025

She came with a wealth of experience in all aspects of HR having previously worked within a Multi-Academy Trust where she gained a deep expertise in Employee Relations, particularly under both the green and burgundy books.  She then expanded into a local government role, working with the Adult Social Care HR team before making the leap into the private sector.

She enjoys supporting all employees and teams with the challenges they face daily and is passionate about playing her part so that employers and employees have the best experience possible 😇. Known for being laid‑back and approachable, Ellis spotlights everyday positives and values the small wins; qualities reflected in her collaborative, supportive style. A self‑confessed chatter‑box (and easily distracted!), her friendly energy builds strong bonds with colleagues and clients alike.

When off duty, you'll find Ellis walking Woody (her beloved fur baby) or cosying up on the sofa with a good cuppa and M&S biscuits!  And yes, occassionally Woody does manage to secure himself one!
