Jumping head-first into HR180

Alisha landed in the HR180 madhouse fresh from the University of Leeds Business School 🎓, where she studied Business Management with Human Resources. She’s now armed with a modern, critical take on all things Strategic HRM (that’s “human resources management” to the non-HR folk out there!) plus heaps of practical know-how about how HR has evolved and where it’s headed.

She’s the kind of teammate who spots when someone’s plate is overflowing 🍽️ and swoops in to lighten the load. Since day one, she’s thrown herself head-first into the HR180 whirlwind 💨 and can’t wait to get to know our fabulous clients, supporting them in every way she can.

When she’s not on HR superhero duty 🦸‍♀️, you’ll often find her wandering through the woods 🌳 playing “name that tree” (and yes, she’s usually right!) or getting stuck into something creative 🎨.
