Nobody can survive without Ange
We’re not sure how HR180 survived before Ange. In fact, we think everyone needs a least one Ange 🤖 in their lives.
She is the sweat, the tears, and let’s be honest…the brains
Ange is super passionate about our business. She is the legend behind the transformation we’ve all experienced into ultimate efficiency and organisation. Prior to her arrival, we were lucky if invoices went out on time or anyone got paid (yes genuinely, one month pre-Ange, the gaffer forgot). Whilst historically she may have been accused of killing a rainforest 🗞️or two in her quest to administrate, she has now embraced new technology, and she’s the first to organise us with a Monday.com board📋!
She’s also seriously funny
She has amazing knowledge, commercial acumen, communication, the power of organisation and to top it all off, an amazing sense of humour (essential for working here)! When Ange is not being her superhero self at HQ, she has two children, two step children and is also a nanna (despite not looking a day over 70 🙈😆!!!!). Ange is the glue that binds HR180 together and keeps us "sticky" enough that people want to stay. She also gives the best hugs.
