Sam arrived with a BANG!

Sam burst in with a lot of energy in 2021 ⚡!   She started out (as most of us do!) in generalist roles, developing a wide ranging knowledge of HR best practice, legislation 👩🏼‍⚖️ and key processes, including implementation of compliant policies and procedures.

She also has truckloads of experience

She handles disciplinaries, grievance, performance management and contractual and organisational change. Sam has a very high level of emotional intelligence 💓 which has enabled her to resolve situations quickly and build strong, collaborative partnerships 🫱🏼‍🫲🏼.  Sam loves to deliver practical solutions and enjoys the opportunity to demonstrate how they are working in the real world with HR reports and HR analytics 📊.

Sam studied a Theatre and Performance 🎭 degree, and will often burst into song 🎶or give us a funny anecdote to brighten 😎 up our day! When she is not at Mission Control, Sam is a mum to her two beautiful children (and 2 cats), who like to keep her busy.  Sam prides herself on a rock solid work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of personal performance, all with a wicked sense of humour.
