Our first meeting at your workplace helps us build a strong partnership and understand your unique qualities. Here we’ll check in on your priorities, agree what success looks like and define how we’ll communicate.

Pre-Launch Prep

Our superpower is moulding ourselves as you. We operate in your tech, your systems and via your internal comms channels. If you don’t have them, we can set you up.

So that we can communicate as you, footers, branding guidelines, letterheads and policies all come our way straight away.

We present to all of your staff, meet and greet the team and catch up with your managers to understand current challenges.

QUARTERLY STRATEGY

QSS’s are our minimum requirement. You need regular WIP, strategy chats and agreed priorities for the next quarter.

If you like, we can also produce board reports, dashboards or scorecard information on a cadence that fits your flow.

Whilst we always agree quarterly priorities with you, there are usually some activities that we do every year as standard.  

Engagement or pulse surveys help us to strategise, whilst wellbeing content plans and activities help promote the feeling of being valued.

We’re part of you. So we are often invited to Team Days, kick off conferences, Christmas Parties and comms events.  We love these opportunities to catch up with everyone more informally and feel part of the Company.
