The Issues

With the recent purchase of 3 Albion Place and Pollenation, alongside the creation of C-Thru Studios, there was a need for immediate HR advice and support. Whilst employment law issues could be handled by the internal legal team, immediate HR advice was needed in terms of merging varied cultures, benefits and processes across all of the Group’s businesses.

With no HR Department and a wide range of sectors under the Brunswick umbrella, the project for hr180° was to develop workable HR procedures relevant to each part of the business and which also met the individual needs of a diverse work force.

The Solution

hr180° was appointed as the Brunswick Group HR partner and immediately undertook a review of existing policies and procedures. After determining exactly what was required, our experienced HR Consultants created or reviewed the following:
